Eligibility for Returns

• Artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

• Return requests must be made within 14 business days of delivery.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the artwork arrived damaged or there was an error in your order.

Refunds

Once the returned artwork is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method, minus shipping costs, within 5–7 business days.
